Flexible Booking Rules
The PMS allows you to set min/max days to stay and available check-in and check-out dates for all rentals, accommodations individually, or seasons.
You may also make certain accommodations unavailable for a chosen period of time (set not check-in, not check-out, or not stay-in rules).
Optionally customize accommodation rates by setting price variables based on the number of guests.
Booking Confirmation Modes
Confirm bookings automatically or manually, with or without a payment:
- by guest via email
- by admin manually
- by payment
Not confirmed bookings become “Abandoned” making the accommodation available for further reservation. The website admin can view the “Abandoned” bookings and get in touch with the prospective tenants via email.
Weekly and Monthly Rates
You can set any room rate depending on the season (any term). To create different price points based on the length of stay, you can add weekly, monthly, or other customizable rates.
The system will automatically discount the properties according to your rate rules. A better per-night rate for a longer stay will help you stay competitive in the industry!
Extra Services
Offer bookable extra services or packages (free or paid) along with the accommodation reservation.
Charge per room or per person. Guests can add any service to the cart when reserving their accommodation. You may also feature all available services on the website with all details.
Taxes and Fees
Complete and correct pricing information on all accommodation charges: add mandatory fees, accommodation taxes, service taxes, and fee taxes.
The guests will be able to see the summary of charges before making a booking. All this info on each booking is stored in the admin dashboard for easier accounting.

Is this easily doable or will I have to create every scenario possible with its associated pricing (as that’s what sort of seems to be the case from the demo video)?

Is there a way to set up payment so that if a renter opts to pay via venmo or mail a check, they can make the reservation, but if they choose cc, then the the processing fee is automatically added to their balance so owner does not have to pay? I know Stripe allows this, but not all sites allow for the customization of it.
4. This may be a silly question, but is there a way to create the 3D images as shown in the demo or were those provided by user? They are very cool!
1. There is no such an option to sync reviews from third-party platforms. You can search for third-party plugins that allow you to display the reviews from Airbnb and VRBO.

Please put on @TODO list , it’s a small but important game changer. Eg: want PayPal instead of SEPA? here you are with +3% fee.
Do not neglect these important observations.
If I buy the Alpen theme, is this a one-time fee or a yearly fee? I am brand new to paying separately for themes. Used to Squarespace…. Text only says “subject to yearly license renewal”, but this is not clear if it WILL happen or is just subject to (“subject to” implies a possibility, not a definite) and what that fee would be.
The license of the theme is annual. You will be able to cancel the subscription at your MotoPress account at any time and renew the license manually when you need it.

If I buy this theme for a single site without the Motopress membership, do I need to pay for the Elementor theme and Hotel Booking plugin pro year to update from the next year? Or do I have unlimited access to their last updates automatically?
Can I use the booking plugin without payment/check-out process, too?
The license of the theme is annual. The renewal is paid due in a year after your purchase. If you skip a renewal, you will stop getting updated versions and support. The license expiration does not affect the functionality of the theme/plugin and it can be used further.
There are different confirmation modes in the theme so you can set it up to accept decline booking request as admin or let the guests to confirm the reservations by following a link in the email.
Do you know if there are any issues when I install this theme and the plugins on a XAMPP server to build it offline?

There should be no issues with our products on XAMPP server. Make sure the WordPress installation is running correctly on your local server and no issue should occur.
