    Fast and reliable hosting provider is very important and if you are using shared hosting plan, caching plugins can be very useful to make your blog load faster.

    Caching can be interesting, but I think it should be the last step in the optimization process of a website. When you have basics done, often caching isn’t necessary anymore…

    There are many factors affect your websites major is optimize css as well as Images. For Images you can use different plugins if your website CMS is wordpress. Like wp smush is amazing plugin to optimize images.

    I have seen some plugins slow down websites. Although most of them are pretty good and pretty fast.
